SASSU

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Sassu, whether you are on the free tier or paying. The Dutch version is the leading text; this is a translation.

1. Who you are dealing with

Sassu is a trade name of Jayyletsgetfit, Wenckebachweg 135-1H, 1096 AM Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 34352011, VAT identification number NL002174513B79. The app runs at app.sassu.fit. You can reach us at info@sassu.fit.

2. What you get

Sassu has three tiers:

The amounts are not in these terms but in the app, on the screen where you take out the subscription. That screen shows the amount, the term and whether VAT is included before you pay. What it says is what we charge.

3. How a subscription starts

Your subscription starts as soon as your first payment succeeds; from that moment the paid functionality is available immediately. With a free trial, the subscription only starts when the trial ends and you make the first payment; nothing is charged during a trial.

4. How it renews

A subscription continues until you cancel. At the end of each period — a month or a year, depending on what you chose — the amount is charged again automatically and a new period of the same length begins. You receive an invoice by email for every charge.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in the app or by emailing info@sassu.fit. There is no notice period and no penalty. Cancelling stops the next charge; the period you already paid for simply runs out. You keep full access up to and including its last day, after which your account falls back to the free tier. Your data stays — you lose the extras, not your history.

6. If a payment fails

If a direct debit fails we do not lock you out straight away. You get a fourteen-day grace period in which your access keeps working and the payment is retried; we email you that it went wrong. If the amount has still not arrived after those fourteen days, the subscription stops and your account falls back to the free tier.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you have fourteen days to change your mind, counted from the day you take out the subscription. Within that period you may withdraw without giving a reason and get your money back.

Waiver on immediate delivery. Sassu is digital content that we deliver immediately: the moment your payment clears, the paid functionality is already open to you. That is why, at checkout, we explicitly ask you for immediate delivery and for your agreement that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. Without that checkbox, delivery does not start. If you tick it and we begin delivering, your right of withdrawal lapses — that is what Dutch law provides (article 6:230p under g of the Civil Code). We also send that declaration by email after the first payment, so that you have it in writing.

If you have not yet agreed to immediate delivery, or nothing has been delivered yet, you can simply withdraw within the fourteen days by emailing info@sassu.fit. Any clear statement is enough; the model form below may be used but is not required.

8. Model withdrawal form

Only complete and return this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

9. What we expect from you

10. Availability

We do our best to keep Sassu running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or disappear. If a paid part were to be materially reduced, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

11. Liability

Sassu does not provide medical advice. Always consult a doctor or physiotherapist for medical questions. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event.

12. Intellectual property

The app, its design, code, and the "Sassu" brand are the property of the creator. You may not copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer the app. What you enter remains yours.

13. Termination by us

We may terminate an account for abuse or violation of these terms. If it concerns a paid subscription and the cause does not lie with you, we refund the unused part of the period.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you at least thirty days in advance via the app or email, and you may cancel before the effective date.

15. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you have a complaint, email info@sassu.fit first; we respond within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may go to the competent court in the Netherlands or to the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
